Step 1
After logged in, go to Settings on the left, look for Tax tab, and go to Standard Tab.

Step 2
Click Insert row to add new entry of tax.
You can specify buyer from which area (by country, state or postcode) will be taxed. Leave blank to apply the tax to all buyer.

In this example, we have 6% of tax named GST, and tax is also applied to shipping fees.
