How To Use Gmail As Your Business Email

Use your Gmail as if it is your business email. =



  1. Access you email anywhere (on smartphone or tablet) with internet connection.
  2. Gmail handle spam smartly. Spam mail will not go into your inbox, it will go straight into the Spam folder.
  1. Create an Gmail account here if you do not already have one.
  2. Login to your Gmail account.
  3. In the top right corner, click on the gear button, and choose Setting.

  1. Click on Account and Import
  2. Click on Add a POP3 mail account you own

  1. Enter your working email address and click Next Step.

  1. For Username, enter your working email address.
  2. For Password, enter he password you always used to login to your working email.
  3. Check “Leave a copy of retrieved message from server.”
  4. Click on Add Account.

  1. Click Next Step to continue.

  1. Enter your name and click Next Step.

  1. Click Next Step to continue.

  1. You can now close this popup window.

  1. Now login to your working email.
  2. Look email with subject like “Gmail Confirmation – Send Mail as”.
  3. The email should look like the example on the left. Click on the verification link.

  1. Click on the link to go back to your Gmail.


Now with your Gmail, you can

  1. Receive email sent to
  2. Send email as

And you can easily access your email anywhere with your laptop or smartphone.
