A WhatsApp button and an appointment or call-back form on every page, so a patient never hunts for the number.
Names, qualifications, languages spoken and a photo. People book a person, not a building.
Enquiry forms that collect only what you need, say why, and send it over an encrypted connection.
Large type, strong contrast and clear service icons, so older and anxious patients find their way. See why accessibility matters.
Most clinic visits start as a search on a phone. We build for the phone first, so pages open quickly on a mobile signal and the booking button is always within reach.
Hosting, the secure-connection certificate and maintenance are included for the first year. After that, one yearly renewal keeps the site hosted, updated and watched.
Singapore’s Ministry of Health regulates what a licensed healthcare provider may publish, through the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations, and the professional councils’ ethical codes bind the practitioners themselves. The practical result is a short list of things that must stay off a clinic website. We build around that list from the first sketch of the site: no review widget pulling in social-media posts, no countdown offers, no before-and-after gallery, and prices shown only as exact figures, or not at all. Your clinic and its practitioners approve every page before launch, and MOH’s own FAQ, not this page, is the reference. We are designers, not legal advisers.
A licensee may not reproduce testimonials, endorsements or photos on its premises, website or social media, including sharing a patient’s own Facebook or Instagram post. Feedback a patient gave the clinic directly, without inducement, may be displayed. Paid reviews are prohibited even when the sponsorship is disclosed.
Advertisements must not feature before-and-after or after-only treatment photographs, pictures or videos, even with a disclaimer. Such material may only be shown to a patient during a consultation, with the doctor explaining the possible outcomes.
Content that promises or suggests results within a certain time, such as “instant teeth whitening” or “straight teeth in 2 weeks”, counts as soliciting. Service pages describe what a treatment is and who it is for.
Words such as discount, free, complimentary, promotion, offer, package, interest-free or “as low as”, prices with a validity period, usual-versus-discounted price lists, giveaways and points redemption are all out. A clinic may list the exact price of a service, nothing more. Payment plans are explained at the point of payment.
Service pages, practitioner profiles with their qualifications, location and booking stay. Review feeds, offer banners, countdown timers and result galleries are left out of the design so that nobody on the team can switch them on by mistake. Enquiry forms follow the PDPA.
GP consultations, health screenings and home visits, explained with medical illustrations; WhatsApp in one tap.
Logo, identity and website for a knee specialist; ACL and meniscus diagrams a patient can follow.
Phone number on the first screen, a Request a Call Back form, WhatsApp and a live Google Map.
A focused clinic site: home, services, doctors, location and contact. It works on every phone, shows the padlock patients look for, is set up so Google can find and list the clinic, and carries an appointment form with call and WhatsApp buttons on every page. We help write the copy. Hosting and maintenance are included for the first year.
For a practice with several services, doctors or branches: more pages, one for each service so Google can list it on its own, separate appointment, enquiry and call-back forms, forms that land in your clinic software or inbox, a tuned Google Business Profile, faster pages, visitor reports, and a plan for what to publish.
For a practice with several branches, a second language or online booking built in: up to 20 pages, English plus Chinese or Malay, an appointment system patients can book themselves, a patient-education library, and everything in Growth.
Anything beyond the three packages, such as a patient portal or a link to your clinic system, is priced once we have seen your brief. After the first year, one yearly renewal keeps the site hosted, updated and watched, with small updates included. It comes with every site; there is nothing to add on.

The same as any other business. Clinic websites use our three standard packages: Essential, a focused site with home, services, doctors, location and contact; Growth, for a practice with several doctors or services; and Complete, for several branches, a second language or online booking built in. The current prices, page counts and timelines are on the packages page. Anything beyond the three, such as a patient portal, is priced once we have seen your brief.
Six to fourteen weeks from brief to launch, depending on the package; the figure for each is on the packages page. The biggest factor is how soon the clinic can supply doctor profiles, service descriptions and photos. We help with the writing; the practice reviews and approves all medical content.
We design to them. The site carries no reproduced testimonials or patient photos, no before-and-after pictures, no promised results, and no discounts, packages or price comparisons (see the advertising-rules section above). The clinic and its licensed practitioners approve every page before launch, with MOH’s own FAQ as the reference. We are designers, not legal advisers.
We do. Every package includes hosting, the secure-connection certificate and maintenance for the first year, so the clinic deals with one team for design, hosting and updates. After that, one yearly renewal continues the hosting, updates and support, with nothing for the clinic to manage.
Either you or we do. After a short handover your staff can change opening hours, a doctor profile or a new service themselves. If you would rather not touch it, send us the change. Small updates like these are included in the yearly renewal.
