- Login to your Gmail account.
- In the top right corner, click on the gear button, and choose Settings.

- Click on Account and Import
- Click on Add a POP3 mail account you own

- Enter your working email address and click Next Step.

- For Username, enter your working email address.
- For Password, enter the password you always used to login to your working email.
- For POP Server, enter mail.yourcompany.com (at this case, it is “mail.megaprinting.net“)
- Check “Leave a copy of retrieved message from server.”
- Click on Add Account.
That’s It.
*Note: If you change your password for your webmail, you will need to update your new password here too.
