Step 1

Navigate to the login URL provided to you, and sign in using your assigned username and password.

Make sure to enter your credentials accurately. If you encounter any issues logging in, double-check your login details or contact your account administrator for assistance.

Step 2

After successfully logging into the CMS, you will be directed to the “All Posts” section of the dashboard.

This is where all your existing blog or article posts are listed. Each post displays key details such as the title, author, categories, publication date, and status (e.g., Published, Draft, or Scheduled).

From this section, you can:

  • Add a New Post by clicking the “Add New” button at the top of the page. This will open the post editor, where you can begin drafting content.
  • Edit an Existing Post by hovering over a post title and clicking “Edit”. This will take you into the editor view, where you can update the content, images, metadata, or publishing options.

You can also use the search bar or filter options (by date, category, or status) to quickly locate specific posts.

Step 3

While editing a post, you have the option to preview your content before publishing it.

This allows you to see exactly how the post will appear on the live website, ensuring that formatting, images, links, and overall layout are displayed as intended. To preview your post, simply click the “Preview” button located at the top right of the editor. You can choose to preview it on different device views such as desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Once you’re satisfied with your content and layout, you can either:

  • Publish the post if it’s a new article ready to go live on your website. Click the “Publish” button, and confirm when prompted. You may also choose to schedule the post for a future date and time.
  • Update the post if you’re making changes to an existing post. Clicking “Update” will apply the latest changes and instantly reflect them on the live site.

Always ensure to preview your post and double-check for any errors or layout issues before publishing or updating.

Step 4

Once you’ve completed your work, you can log out of the CMS by clicking the “Log Out” link located at the top right corner of the dashboard.

This ensures your account remains secure, especially when accessing the system from a shared or public computer. Logging out will end your current session and return you to the login screen.

It’s recommended to always log out after each session to protect your content and user credentials.
